It’s official: I am a certified Scrum Master!
The certification process itself was unusual: A combination of education and project work, as-close-to-real-life-as-possible exam. At NITH, the exams in teamwork and team organization was “checkbox-exams”, just as if they should be Internet-based ones of the wort kind. It was good to get an exam from somebody that evaluated the real-world behaviour of the team instead of evaluation the response on the quirks on a form.
