Just love the kick of feeling the Andrenaline running in the body. Even if I was a little bit careful with the legs – and rested in the Sauna afterwards – the front thighs feel like..
Even if the legs feel like the have been hammered by a huge cactus, the rest of the body feels great. It’s a totally new experience, having exhausted thights at the same time as the rest of the body say “can hardly wait until the next workout”.
It’s a fascinating experiment, the Xtravaganza system. Will be a joint workout session Monday. Am exited about it – so far the system have exceeded all expectations. Wonder when the downside of it will show..
