Result from the third week of dieting

The diet itself is actually not the main thing – it’s the change of lifestyle that’s the best!

Was visiting some relatives last weekend – and did eat “their” food Sunday. My grandmother is ill, and she evaluates people according to their eating habits. If I want her to go in her grave being pissed at me, there’s only one thing I can do: Dont eat the Sunday meals she makes.

It was surprising how much energy the food an take away from you. Everybody present was used to eating so heavy food that the stomac took all the energy from the body – at least for half an hour.

Since the diet have lasted more than three weeks, it was strange to feel tired after eating – and see all the others being sleepy after the meals.

Lesson to learn: Make Xtravaganza become a change of lifestyle, not just another diet.

Energy

The energy level is rising to heights that have not been held for at least ten years. It’s easy to consentrate – and the body is getting into shape as well. Am REALLY into a good thing here.

My trainer (Trond at Sprek og Blid Ã…sane) have given me a new and expanded program to ensure that the overall body get proportioned ideally and that the weightloss is optimum, it is an two-hour program that start by walking 3 kilometers. Have done it once – and the entire body hurt. It’s a vital part of the Xtravaganza-system: Ensure that the diet are followed by changes in mind and body.
The changes in body are surprisingly effecient, the last week training have done more and better than the half year of training prior to Xtravaganza.

So far, the personal result is surprisingly good. It’s a change in lifestyle, not a diet..
