8th weekly session

The 8th session was the longest so far. The workout was a new one – new instructor and the program was a weightlifting program. I felt like the workout guy here. According to the trainers at the gym, the most efficient exercises are those where you workout the body in a new way. The weightlifting program found some arm / back muscles previously unnoticed – “Teres Minor” and others. Today I can hardly lift my arms due to stiff shoulder muscles and more..

Nice to feel that they want to not overlook some parts of the body – since all diets are trying to make your body loose muscle mass instead of fat.

New content: After the workout, there were a two-hour session about food and diet. It’s not too long before the Xtravlcd-diet end, so they want us to be well prepared. After almost eight weeks of dieting I expect my body to be really eager to fill its empty fat cells ASAP, so it will be nice to see what happens.

One of the others on the course, a really fat person, have lost over 30 kilos these weeks! That’s more than 66 pounds! Wonder how much he fear for what his body will do when going off the xtravlcd – diet..
