This evenings Xtravaganza – meeting was the one with fewest people ever. Either a LOT of people that have come to a halt on the diet – and given up – or they have not been able to handle the great weather there have been in Bergen the last days.
The people that came to the meeting, was REALLY slim versions of themselves. Last week, some had lost several kilos – but others had lost almost nothing.
This week, all that came were tighter and more fit than last week. Dont know anything about their weightloss – but everybody seemed to be in excellent shape.
Last weeks testing was about the physical limits. Personally, I’m living at the bottom of a footpath up to a small mountain. Have started each day by walking up and down (after getting dressed and having breakfast), the trip takes 15 minutes totally. Did four hard workouts at the gym last week, and a walk up mount Fløyfjellet Friday evening. Most of Saturday went to move sand. Today it was two workout sessions, one from 6.30 to 8.30 and another from 18.45 to 20. Am still not feeling the least bit tired, so at least the workout – part are doing it’s job.
Have not any clue about the current weight – but when one are in THIS shape and know that several kilos are lost anyhow – the weight is not the most important issue.
