This week have been strange, diet-wise. Have not been doing so much exercise as I wanted from myself, have not been feeling fit. Result:

Was in the “mountain” named Fløyfjellet with some friends. They were in great shape, but after four hours walking I was not the most tired one. It is at least ten years since my last four-hour walk in the mountains, but..

The workout above is hilarious, but there are one thing missing: How often should you / Jim Carrey work out – and get benefit from it?

The Norwegian newspaper VG got a summary of the health effect of exercise. At helse.no there are another article, am beginning to think that the workout-bit of Xtravaganza is not the worst thing to do after all..

Status just before the session: The body and mind are back to normal,when it comes to the shape. There are no extreme progress anymore when it comes to the overall slimming progress – from my point of view.

Deep black workout

In the Xtravaganza “book” (a book that come with the course) it promises that you are going to get a lot more energy. There are only one way to prove this to be right or wrong – and no other fool to do it than myself..

Was in excellent shape ten years ago, but a serious back problem made me change habits. Got myself a office-job as CTO / Senior Development Engineer, and the body went into “geek-shape”.. Fortsett å lese Deep black workout

2nd spinning done, orange spin ++

2nd spinning done today, had to take an orange spinning (45 minutes). Combined with a small weightlifting workout, the end result was tiresome but not exhaustive. Have really moved the limits of what the body can do.. :-)
