Status just before the session: The body and mind are back to normal,when it comes to the shape. There are no extreme progress anymore when it comes to the overall slimming progress – from my point of view.

6th Xtravaganza – meeting

Todays meeting was a small warning: If you stop halfway, there are no way to avoid letting everybody see what a fool you are; you’ll end up as a living proof of your own inability to complete anyth

So far, the steps in the diet system have been:

  • Wild and extreme “nutrious powder” diet (xtravlcd), to get an kickstart on the system.
    - Loose weight fast and get almost unconcious.
  • Wild and Extreme diet, and workouts in combination.
    - Increase the madness, to make your body protet itself by going into Kethosis.
    - You’ll loose extreme amount of fat, and almost no musles.
    - Alert, as if you were on drugs.
  • Half speed, combined with workout
    - Better shape, even les body fat
    - Awake, but normally awake
  • Workout and weekly meetings combined.

Deep black workout

In the Xtravaganza “book” (a book that come with the course) it promises that you are going to get a lot more energy. There are only one way to prove this to be right or wrong – and no other fool to do it than myself..

Was in excellent shape ten years ago, but a serious back problem made me change habits. Got myself a office-job as CTO / Senior Development Engineer, and the body went into “geek-shape”.. Fortsett å lese Deep black workout

2nd spinning done, orange spin ++

2nd spinning done today, had to take an orange spinning (45 minutes). Combined with a small weightlifting workout, the end result was tiresome but not exhaustive. Have really moved the limits of what the body can do.. :-)

First workout in the Xtravaganza – diet

The first workout in the Xtravaganza – system was done yesterday evening. It´s a first time for everything – and now I´ve done my first aerobic workout ever.

Going to the limit: Hurt.. :-)

This is what I’m best at: Stretching ones own posibilities to the limit, rest a day – and go at the edge of the boundaries. Am lucky that God have given me a body to use – and develop. this are a part of the development..

Result from the third week of dieting

The diet itself is actually not the main thing – it’s the change of lifestyle that’s the best!

Was visiting some relatives last weekend – and did eat “their” food Sunday. My grandmother is ill, and she evaluates people according to their eating habits. If I want her to go in her grave being pissed at me, there’s only one thing I can do: Dont eat the Sunday meals she makes.

It was surprising how much energy the food an take away from you. Everybody present was used to eating so heavy food that the stomac took all the energy from the body – at least for half an hour.

Since the diet have lasted more than three weeks, it was strange to feel tired after eating – and see all the others being sleepy after the meals. Fortsett å lese Result from the third week of dieting
