There are only one way to prove this to be right or wrong – and no other fool to do it than myself.. Was in excellent shape ten years ago, but a serious back problem made me change habits. Got myself a office-job as CTO / Senior Development Engineer, and the body went into “geek-shape”.. It´s a first time for everything – and now I´ve done my first aerobic workout ever. Was visiting some relatives last weekend – and did eat “their” food Sunday. My grandmother is ill, and she evaluates people according to their eating habits. If I want her to go in her grave being pissed at me, there’s only one thing I can do: Dont eat the Sunday meals she makes. It was surprising how much energy the food an take away from you. Everybody present was used to eating so heavy food that the stomac took all the energy from the body – at least for half an hour. Since the diet have lasted more than three weeks, it was strange to feel tired after eating – and see all the others being sleepy after the meals.
